Refund & Return Policy – Fairytales Casa

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

A. Eligible Products

  • Clothing (unworn and unused)

  • Kidswear

  • Home essentials

  • Accessories (non-jewellery items)

B. Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery/purchase

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or bill)

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear

  • Socks

  • Jewelry

  • Beauty & personal care items

  • Sale/discounted/clearance items

  • Customised or altered products

  • Gift cards

3. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange or product exchange wherever possible.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.

  • Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under specific conditions:

Refunds will be issued if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unavailable/out of stock after payment

Refund Method:

Refunds are processed to:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit (based on customer choice)

Processing Time:

  • Online orders: 5–7 business days

  • Store credit: issued within 24–48 hours

5. Return Process

To initiate a return/exchange:

  2. Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return

  3. Our team will review and approve the request (if eligible)

  4. Courier pickup will be arranged (charges may apply), or you may drop it at our store

  5. Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund/exchange will be processed

6. Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • Pickup charges may be deducted from the refund amount

  • For exchanges, customers may need to pay the reshipping fee

  • In-store returns at Fairytales Casa boutique are free of charge

7. In-Store Purchases

For purchases made directly at our boutique:

  • We offer exchanges only within 3 days

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Items must be unused with original tags

8. Order Cancellation

Online Orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase (if not shipped)

In-store Orders:

  • Once billed, orders cannot be cancelled

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours with unboxing video and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund/store credit.
