  • Within Maharashtra: 2–4 days

  • All India Delivery: 3–7 working days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value (if applicable).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if offered, will be applied separately.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with a tracking number and tracking link.

  • You can use the link to track your package in real time.

  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect, depending on the courier partner.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

  • If your order is returned to us after failed attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • COD orders may be cancelled if the courier cannot contact the customer.

  • Clear product images

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather issues

  • Strikes

  • Natural calamities

  • High-order traffic during festivals

Once shipped, the package is the responsibility of the courier partner.
