At Fairytales Casa, we work hard to process your orders quickly. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation guidelines below.

1. Order Cancellation (Online Orders)

You may cancel your online order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation requests made after 2 hours cannot be accepted.

  • Orders that are already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

2. Cancellation of COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Customers must confirm COD orders via message/call (if applicable).

  • Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation.

  • Repeated COD cancellations may lead to restrictions on future orders.

3. In-Store Purchase Cancellation

  • Once an item is billed at our boutique, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers may request an exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy, if eligible.

4. Order Modification

Orders cannot be modified after they have been placed.
If you need to change the address, size, or product, you must request cancellation within the eligible window and place a new order.

5. Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability

Fairytales Casa reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • There is a pricing error

  • There is an issue with the payment

  • The order is flagged for security reasons

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or wallet account again.

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider—processing delays may occur.

  3. If you still need help, contact us and we will assist you.
